Hamza and Shivani worked together on the Starlink team at SpaceX. They built all the AI Customer Support Software for Starlink. They also worked on Starlink’s Internal admin tooling to manage all parts of the business (ecommerce, growth, sales, inventory, etc.)

At SpaceX, they evaluated over 20 customer support companies and ended up needing to build their own tooling. When talking to other hardware companies, they found every hardware company faces the same problem.
