Why The Founders Are Building Tecto

Together, they bring over six years of firsthand experience navigating AI adoption—both inside and outside Silicon Valley—across technical development and real-world implementation.

Niosha, the CEO, has 10+ years experience navigating highly regulated spaces. She spent the last 6 years as a consultant after earning her PhD, helping the government and private sector bring AI from theory to practice. She’s seen the confusion, overwhelm, and lack of structure that plague even the most ambitious AI initiatives.

Roksana, the CTO, has been building software since she was a teenager and spent the last 6.5 years as an AI engineer at Google. She worked on applied AI at scale, navigating the practical challenges of evaluating tools, monitoring agent behavior in production, and aligning systems with compliance needs.
