"Your free lab test and health optimization copilot"
TL;DR:
SiPhox, already the best option for home blood testing, is launching Sai, an AI lab test analyzer that lives directly in the SiPhox dashboard, just like the Cursor chat lives inside the IDE.
You can use it with your SiPhox results or upload your own PDFs/screenshots of lab tests, they will be automatically parsed and added to the dashboard for discussion with Sai.
Every report is reviewed by health experts. Insights come from a proprietary database developed by SiPhox experts and clinical advisors based on years of longitudinal testing by thousands of users. You still get human nuance + the flexibility of discussing your results with Sai.
4. Free Biological-Age & Heart-Age Scores
Because a comprehensive dashboard is nice, but north-star metrics make it easier to take action and track progress. They built these scores using proprietary models based on public datasets and years of SiPhox user data.
5. Open Uploads
Not ready to buy a kit? Start by dumping old Quest/Labcorp PDFs into the dashboard for free. They have had this feature available for a few months now, and uploads are growing exponentially.
One More Thing 🫀
Heart & Metabolic Program (launched quietly six months ago, now public)
Most complete at-home panel for cardiometabolic risk (advanced lipids + insulin resistance markers).
Phenotype scoring that fuses glucose-metabolism and lipid data
American Heart Association risk score and SiPhox Heart-Age score so you (and your doctor) can see your heart health status at a glance.
Access to titrated lipid-lowering medications when needed via telemedicine
Doctors are time-constrained. They glance at your test results and say “looks normal” even though “normal” ranges are based on lack of active disease, not disease prevention
Patients are guessing. Reddit threads and WebMD are too generic
AI is finally good enough to translate raw biomarker data into clear, day-to-day actions.
Existing doctor-AI tools are focused on symptom analysis and diagnosis, not on labs and long-term disease prevention
60% of Americans have a chronic disease. They want to help these people manage or even reverse their conditions and help the other 40% stay healthy long into old age.
“There’s a new AI agent/chatbot launching every day. Why does the world need another one?”
It’s 100% true that anyone can upload their lab results to ChatGPT or another LLM interface and have a passable conversation about them. Based on their real-world experience with the SiPhox user-base, having a single health dashboard where all of your health data lives makes all the difference. It’s the same reason Cursor is more useful for coding than ChatGPT… the assistant in the IDE and has all the necessary context to collaborate with the user. This is something they wanted to experiment with (and they are looking to get as much feedback as possible on the UI).
ChatGPT and other chatbots do great on generic medical exams but just like a typical primary care physician, they are less trained to handle health optimization and advanced bloodwork. Selecting “deep research” gives better results, but the output still requires an expert to confirm.
SiPhox customized Sai using years of experience repeatedly testing, and coaching tens of thousands of users. This kind of dataset of frequent, comprehensive testing and coaching doesn’t exist publicly (or privately, as far as they know) for LLMs to train on.
They are not an AI company building in a vacuum; they are a hardware and clinical product company building, integrating AI to serve the needs of active users who partner with them every day to improve their health.
Transparently, they are not convinced that this form factor (a chatbot) is the final iteration, but given the state of AI today (latency vs. accuracy and intelligence tradeoffs), this is where they are starting.

Ten years to cure all diseases is optimistic, but giving everyone a personal lab analyst today is how they start making progress.
