Neer (pictured on the right in the photo above) and Aniruddh (pictured on the left in the photo above) met freshman year of high school and instantly bonded over their love for math and science. Since then, they’ve worked on all types of projects together from personal gadgets to sophisticated sports betting models that generated 6-figure profit.

The Problem

How It Works

Pharmie seamlessly integrates with your existing pharmacy management system (PMS) to automate phone calls, refills, and patient communication.

During onboarding, they work closely with you to:

• Connect to your PMS or set up secure workflows if a direct integration isn’t available.
• Give Pharmie pharmacy-specific information like store hours, address, staff names, services offered, and policies.
• Train Pharmie on your workflows (e.g. how you handle refills, transfers, insurance, and voicemails).
• Customize messaging for promotions, vaccine reminders, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Set up call routing and escalation rules to transfer to your team when needed.

Pharmie is already in production at 4 locations, cutting phone volume by 70% and helping teams focus on patient care instead of call chaos.
