Momentum Foods is adding meat back into plant-based meat to make it more affordable, healthy, and delicious.

Founded by Saba Fazeli, who played a key role in Beyond Meat's R&D; and Brice Klein, an early-stage engineer at agritech startup Plenty.

HOW IT WORKS


Momentum Foods creates cost-effective hybrid-protein products that combine plant proteins with the best parts of real meat.

The resulting products are nearly indistinguishable from real meat, are less expensive, and have a lower environmental impact.

Their premier product, retail brand Paul's Table, is scheduled for a Summer '23 release:
