Hey everyone!
Meet Jesse (please don't spell it as Jessie) and Gautham (like Gotham in Gotham city). They're building Ghostship to help you ship something people absolutely love. Ghostship spins up AI agents to find bugs in your product by crawling through your interface and simulating user journeys.
Ask: Do you care about shipping a good user experience? You definitely should and if so, email the founders here or book a demo here.
The founders are competitive programmers that never finished college, so they're all in on Ghostship.
Jesse (CEO, pictured on the right in the photo above) dropped out of the University of Maryland and previously attended TJHSST. In high school, he was a USACO Platinum competitor and founded a coding competition nonprofit platform called CerealCodes. He first encountered this problem when the platform kept breaking during contests, causing CerealCodes to lose users mid-competition.
Gautham (CTO, pictured on the left in the photo above) is a high school graduate who met Jesse in an introductory coding class in middle school. He also worked on CerealCodes, once pulling an all-nighter to fix bugs during mid-competition. His AI research has been featured on local news, where he developed an algorithm for classifying brain signals.
Both of them have been developers for more than half their lives, and they've experienced the pain of shipping bugs throughout their lives. The founders want to solve this problem once and for all, and make developers' lives way easier.
To grow quickly, you probably rush shipping new features, which often introduces bugs and causes customer churn. Current solutions like manual or automated end-to-end testing are too slow and ultimately fail to prevent shipping these costly bugs.
Ghostship is an automated CI check tool. It connects to your Github repository and automatically spins up Ghostship agents for each PR you create.
In other words, every time you create a new PR, you get a list of bugs Ghostship agents found.
Ghostship autonomously figures out what to test by doing a codebase analysis based on the diffs you commit to each PR, but it also gives you the power to specify critical user flows that must always be tested.
Once Ghostship agents figure out exactly what to test, it spins up vision-based computer-using agents that execute these user flows and spit out bugs whenever the agents find them.
