Founded by Yash Dulla & Ishan Sheth
Two months ago, Ishan and Yash were at Georgia Tech working on medical software when they went to Delve (YC W24) for advice. What began as a feedback call turned into an invitation to spend four days in San Francisco with them and join the team. While shadowing them, they saw how 15–20 daily sales calls led to missed follow-ups and poor record-keeping in HubSpot.
Inspired, they built an initial version of Ergo using a 72-step Zapier workflow that retroactively updated their CRM and unlocked and closed $75k in contracts. Encouraged by the results, they expanded the solution to integrate with more communication channels like email and Slack. Back in Atlanta, they tested Ergo with other founders and saw the same widespread problem—CRM management was universally painful.
Check out the behemoth Zap they built that weekend:

Ergo transforms your existing CRM into an autonomous system by connecting natural communication channels like Zoom, Gmail, and Slack. They make platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce fully self-updating so your team can focus on what truly matters—selling.
Manual CRM updates are the bane of every sales team’s existence. Here’s why:
For sales managers, founders, and account executives, this means wasted hours and missed opportunities.
Ergo automates CRM updates & completes tasks pending human approval (e.g., follow-up emails, personalized nurturing).
Here’s what they do for you:
1. Connect Communication Channels: Link Ergo to tools like Zoom, Gmail, or Slack.
2. Customizable Field Mappings: Tailor Ergo to recognize specific fields and business needs.
3. Automated CRM Updates: Ergo extracts key data from conversations to create deals, tasks, and update contact records.
